How We Started
One of our owners, Luke, attended Antigo High School where he was a part of the carpentry class that built a house as a part of this class. This was his start in home building. He was hired out of high school by a skilled trim carpenter that taught him attention to detail and the rest is history.
Luke and Becki started Schwanz Custom Homes in 2004. They have worked hard to keep up with advancements in the trades and in energy-efficient ways to build.

LUKE SCHWANZ HAS WORKED IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SINCE 1992. IN ADDITION TO BEING ONE OF THE OWNERS OF SCHWANZ CUSTOM HOMES, LUKE IS ALSO OUR LEAD CARPENTER. YOU’LL FIND HIM ON THE JOB SITE EVERY DAY, EXECUTING EACH JOB WITH EXCELLENCE AND PRIDE.
